The Clay House Cafe

The (relatively new) Clay House is awesome place to chill out, meet ur friends, and have a delicious breakfast coffee . It was quietly lively on a Wednesday AM with Mom’s bringing their kids to come play in a special area just for them. So Cute! The artisanal coffee was very well prepared and the food was +++. It can get a bit noisy but this is truly a wonderful place to spend ur time!

I stopped in on a whim and I'm glad I did. Out and about with an autistic toddler there aren't many places I can comfortably take him. I got a brown sugar latte for myself and a cookie butter Danish for him. The coffee is perfect. Just the right amount of sweet without it being sugary. My toddler ate the Danish with no complaints. There is a cute area where he can play, and books to read. I will absolutely come back.

Courteous and prompt, great food and great accommodations for diet. I ordered a double clay pot burger and asked if they had gluten-free buns and they make gluten-free waffles! So I had a double burger with waffles as the sandwich part!!! Chili great too !

My husband and I had The Clay House cater at our wedding and we have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience. From the first communication with Mary to the day of with Seth and his team, everything was organized, professional and of course delicious!! Mary was super responsive and flexible as I worked to plan a wedding across the country. Seth was on time, had great ideas for set up, added in extra desserts we brought to their dessert display. Most importantly, the whole team was super personable and overall great people to have at our wedding. Could not not be happier with the catering service we received from The Clay House. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a full service catering team for any event (especially the burrito bowl and brownie bar option- SO TASTY). Thank you Seth and Mary and your entire team for an amazing experience :)

Love this place! Chill vibes. A little play area is in the back for the kids. They loved it! The food was phenomenal! The sour dough bread was amazing. The chicken Caesar wrap may have been the best I ever tasted! My grand daughter loved the little lunch box grilled cheese sandwich. Staff is so friendly. I love supporting small businesses but I love the small things showing it’s a Christian establishment. We will definitely be back!

Clay House Cafe took over the spot where Sydney Roasting Co was in Lebanon and is the perfect addition to the area. The Cafe has long hours - they’re open until 4 pm during the week and 3 pm on Saturday. I greatly appreciate that as a new mom so I don’t have to rush getting out of the house. The cafe environment is modern and cozy, with plenty of seating, including two-top tables for catching up with a friend and bar seating that is perfect for working on your laptop. The space is kid-friendly with room to take a stroller and a kids’ corner in the back. The staff were so welcoming and helpful in explaining their menu/ ordering options when I arrived. Not only can you order at the front of the cafe, but if you prefer to get settled at a table first, you can use the QR code there to order online. The Clay House Cafe is serving breakfast and lunch in addition to their drinks. As far as coffee goes, they are brewing Kitty Town Coffee, which is made by the same roasters as Sydney Roasting Co! They also have lots of non-coffee options such as tea lattes, Italian sodas, nectars, and smoothies. I ordered the Clay House BLT and an iced cinnamon sugar latte with sweet cold foam. My latte reminded me of cinnamon sugar toast and had the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon to go with the espresso. The BLT was made with the freshest ingredients, including homemade sourdough bread, and was so delicious. I loved the whipped goat cheese and pepper jelly that gave it a unique spin. I’m drooling all over again thinking about this meal. If all of this hasn’t convinced you to visit the Clay House Cafe, then you’re missing out because they are certainly worth the trip!

We held a private baby shower event here and had a lovely experience. Staff was very accommodating and friendly—we rearranged the seating to comfortably host 20 guests. We didn’t order catering, but the coffee bar was available and everyone loved their coffee and tea drinks! Very bright, pleasant environment. Would recommend for an event and go again personally.

We got lunch here and I would definitely come again! The barista was SO nice, as well as the young man who brought us our food. The Clay House burger is worth every dollar and I also loved the Strawberry Italian Cream Soda. So Good! My son devoured his toasted cheese on sourdough bread, so I know it was good! The rest of our group was very satisfied with their food. With the concrete floor, it gets a little loud in there, but we didn't mind the noise very much. Check it out, if you ever get the chance!
